Lake O’Dowd

August 6, 2016

July 30, 2016 – Took my son out fishing on Saturday evening.  The lake was relatively quiet and so was the fishing.  I had one nice bass on a swim-jig that jumped and tossed the hook, but that was it for me.  My son was throwing a chrome/black Cotton Cordell Original Big O crankbait up to the pads and got bit off by a pike.  Tying back up he had three bass on before catching a fourth hitter just as the evening faded to black.
