Full Moon Morning

Figured the crappies on Waconia would be active so I took my dad fishing on Lake Waconia.

Caught a dozen or so crappies and about an equal number of bass.  Plastics were the key to today’s bass.  Saw a couple giants on spawning beds.  Also, saw a 40″ musky cruising on a sandy point.

Another fine day to be on the water, but hot.  Really hot.  Glad  we were off the water by a few minutes after 9 a.m.
