Monday on Waconia

August 27, 2016

August 15, 2016

Thought I’d have the lake all to myself being a Monday and all.  Wrong. Several boats were there ahead of me, but not as many as on a weekend. Great day to be on the water.  Warm.  Partly cloudy.  S to SE breeze – 5 – 10 mph.  Threw bucktails and jerk baits for musky.  No luck.  Switched to a magnum sized Heddon Tadpolly and caught a 19.5″ LMB.  Nice solid fish, which was followed by another smaller one.
