Lake Wasserman

August 7, 2016

Tried Lake Wasserman in Carver County today.  This was my first time on the lake and like many of the local lakes it was deep shade of green with scuzzy weeds ending at about 3′- 4′ of water.  Nothing was going on in the pads but I did have one small bass on a Northland Jawbreaker and another on a spinnerbait. Both were acrobats and spit the hook.  Managed to catch one small bass on a wacky worm but that was it.  It was fun being on the water and watching a Bald Eagle and an Osprey ply their fishing skills.
